1. Company and product status

Almighty Eagle is a technology company that designs, builds, launches and operates digital technology products. The Arena is its first flagship product and is currently preparing for deployment.

The website is the company’s corporate website; it is not The Arena product. Public product access, product accounts and paid plans are not currently open.

2. Current website services

The website provides company and product information, Contact and Feedback forms, an Early Access interest flow and a newsletter subscription. Website information may change as the company and product develop.

3. Early Access

Submitting an Early Access request records your interest and allows Almighty Eagle to send relevant product and launch communications. It does not create an account, provide immediate product access, guarantee an invitation or confirm future pricing.

4. Newsletter

Newsletter subscription is separate from Early Access and from any future The Arena account. You may unsubscribe using the option in a newsletter message.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the website or its forms unlawfully, attempt to disrupt or compromise the website, submit malicious material, impersonate another person or interfere with other visitors.

6. Messages and feedback

You are responsible for information you submit. Product feedback may be assessed and used to improve The Arena, but submission does not guarantee that a suggestion will be implemented or that an individual response will be provided.

7. Product information and availability

Descriptions of The Arena distinguish the current product core from future direction. Future references to AI, automation, distribution, integrations or workflow systems are not promises that those capabilities are available today. Features, access arrangements and commercial terms may change before launch.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s brand elements, original text, graphics and product materials belong to Almighty Eagle or are used with permission. These materials may not be copied, redistributed or presented as your own without applicable permission or a legal right to do so.

9. Third-party services and links

The website uses or links to third-party services, including WordPress, WPForms, Beehiiv, Tidio and Google services. Their own terms and policies may apply when you interact with them. Almighty Eagle is not responsible for the content or availability of unaffiliated external websites.

10. No guarantee

The website and pre-launch information are provided for general corporate and product communication. No website statement guarantees uninterrupted availability, a specific release date, commercial outcome, product invitation or future feature.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated when the website, product or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest published version.
