Almighty Eagle operates as a tech hub connecting your digital identity (AROLODEXZ), your community visibility (THE ARENA FORUM), and your future platform scale (THE ARENA APP).

As we evolve from an entry environment into a comprehensive creator platform, these core legal principles apply across all current and future layers.

2. Platform Role

Almighty Eagle provides infrastructure, structure, and visibility tools. We are not an agency, employer, or publisher of your work.

We do NOT guarantee:

• Results, growth, or success
• Income or monetization
• Guaranteed visibility or reach

We build the system; you provide the execution. Output creates signal. Signal creates opportunity.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enter the ecosystem.

By building your identity or participating in the Arena, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User Responsibility

Creators are fully responsible for:

• Their actions, choices, and platform behavior
• Published content, signals, and portfolio data
• Compliance with all applicable local and international laws

Almighty Eagle does not act on behalf of users or assume liability for user output.

5. Content & Conduct

To maintain ecosystem integrity, users may not:

• Publish unlawful, malicious, or highly misleading signals
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others
• Disrupt, scrape, or exploit the platform architecture
• Harm, dox, or harass other creators inside the Arena

We reserve the absolute right to remove content or revoke access across any layer to protect the network.

6. Services & Access

Certain layers of the ecosystem (such as future platform features) may require payment or specific access tiers.

• Pricing and access models are transparent before entry
• No hidden fees or unauthorized renewals
• Conditions are clearly defined per service layer

7. Intellectual Property

The Almighty Eagle architecture, design, code, and brand remain our protected intellectual property.

User-created content and identity data remain entirely owned by the user.

By publishing within the ecosystem, you grant us a limited, functional license to display, host, and distribute your signal across the platform layers.

8. Limitation of Liability

Almighty Eagle is not liable for:

• User actions, disputes, or business decisions
• Lack of reach, visibility, or engagement
• Interruptions caused by third-party services
• Indirect or consequential damages

Participation in the creator ecosystem is strictly at your own risk.

9. Third-Party Services

External tools (such as Telegram or Discord) utilized within the Arena Forum operate under their own independent policies.

Users are responsible for reviewing and adhering to these external terms while operating within those channels.

10. Suspension & Termination

Access to Arolodexz, The Arena Forum, or The Arena App may be restricted if these Terms are violated.

Actions are taken to protect:

• Overall ecosystem integrity
• Other creators building in the network
• Legal compliance

11. Legal Framework

These Terms are governed by European Union law.

Disputes are handled exclusively under applicable EU jurisdiction.

12. Updates

As we build toward The Arena App, these Terms may evolve to reflect new structural features.

Continued use of any ecosystem layer constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
